I imported a scene with a few background items onto the current scene which had a folder with BetterScaling enabled.

Scenes

That is, I imported scene a onto scene b, and got scene c.

After importing, everything initially looked good with scene c, but on save and reload, the BetterScaling tickbox has disabled itself, causing an inflation of it's child items, and re-enabling it distorts the child items in a different way to how they were previously. Please note that there is no fault with scene b, only the resultant scene c save.

I feel like there is a also wider is where sometimes on scene loading the previous BetterScaling selection box either gets turned off or gets doubled up, but I haven't looked into it deeply.

Please could you fix this issue with the save logic for the plugin?

Some more testing on base HF patch 3.32 + latest Starplugin: issue still occurs.

It also seems to be inconsistent. On the first attempted save after starting studio, it seems to save correctly as expected, but subsequently fails every time after that
