Weird model state and lack of rigfy controls. #18

The chest is weird as on the picture, and I couldn't find rigfy control like chest part, elbow etc.
I'm using the Blender 5.0, KKBP_Importer 9.0,KKBP Exporter 5.0,MMD tools 4.5.5. the only version that might not match the the Koikatsu Better Repack version or any other dependencies that I'm not really sure.
