Importing not working on specific character #85

I've had this same problem with a few different characters, but there's also been plenty of characters that I've been able to import just fine without any issues. I don't know what it is about this one model that's troublesome.

I've attached a screenshot of what the character looks like in Blender after the failed import (no rigify rig and no materials or textures), and the error message I received. I'm not a very techy person so I can't make much sense of the error message, was hoping somebody here might know the problem better than I.

Sorry for the late response. I think it's because one of the objects doesn't have any materials, but I'm not totally sure. Could you try downloading the importer with the "alternate download" link on the main page and see if that fixes it for you? Or provide one of the cards you're having issues with so I can fix it? I've seen a few other people have this issue but I don't recall seeing a card I could test with
